Precision casting development prospects

Investment casting refers to the use of fusible materials made of fusible model, coated with a number of layers of special refractory coatings, after drying and hardening to form a whole shell, and then steam or hot water from the shell to melt off the model, and then placed in the shell in the sand box, filled with dry sand moulding in its surroundings, and then the casting of the model into the roasting furnace after a high-temperature roasting, casting model or shell by the roasting in which the casting of the molten metal poured to get castings.
