Under the working pressure of silica sol precision casting, crystals are formed. When applied, the mold shell is reasonably placed in a working pressure tank for casting. After the product is completed, the pressure tank will be immediately closed. During application, high-pressure gas or rare gas will be filled into the tank to solidify the casting under working pressure, thereby expanding the relative density of the casting.
If silica sol precision casting is used with its hot molding force casting, it is a commonly used casting method throughout the entire application process. After the shell is removed from the roasting furnace, it is poured at high temperature.
The fixed crystal of silica sol precision casting can be used in certain investment casting parts such as magnetic steel and turbine blades. If their crystal structure is a columnar crystal sorted according to the necessary orientation, their working characteristics can be greatly improved.
